Chair Yoga takes traditional yoga postures and provides stability and support through the creative use of a chair. Learn how to make yoga accessible for you, awaken areas of the body that have been inactive, boost circulation, soothe aching joints, and strengthen muscles, all while cultivating mindfulness.
Whether you have never experienced yoga before or have been practicing for years, this workshop will guide you in developing a supported practice.
Workshop instructor DeLora Fredrickson specializes in Adaptive Yoga, which means if you have arthritis, back problems, knee/ankle injuries…YOU can do yoga!
Space is limited to 16 students.
